    • ■ Team Leader of Integration Analyst’s role is to ensure that the application and the technology is up and running at all times. This role will be accountable for integration services as defined by the Integration & Database Administration Manager and the design and implementing of any new enterprise class distributed services to meet business requirements as needed. This includes assessments of new planning products and methods. Participate in the development of appropriate support methodologies and maintenance procedures. Participate in the development of processes and procedures for all enterprise class distributed technology. The ability to effectively communicate with Team members, peers, vendors, and customers verbally and in written form is critical

      Design and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
      ■ Position is responsible for technical development of application to application interfaces, data conversion and integration architecture.
      ■ Track and analyze trends in integration requests and generate statistical reports.
      ■ Assess need for any interface reconfigurations (minor or significant) based on request trends and make recommendations.
      ■ Design new processes and procedures to increase the first call resolution to identified applications and operating systems.
      ■ Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required.
      ■ Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
      ■ Assist with development and dissemination of help sheets, usage guides, and FAQ lists for end users.
      ■ Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of integration procurement and development efforts.
      ■ Liaise with vendors for the procurement of new systems technologies, oversee installation, and resolve adaptation issues.
      ■ Establish and enforce integration service levels agreements in consultation with other departmental managers and end users to establish service expectations and timeframes.
      ■ Collaborate with other departments to identify and/or procure integration software / hardware for internal staff and/or external clients.
      ■ Develop and maintain a maintenance calendar by application
      ■ Detailed knowledge of HL7, Interface Engines, eGate & JCAPS preferred.
      ■ Familiarity with operations in a healthcare setting, including patient management, order entry, appointment scheduling and charge posting, etc… preferred.
      ● Knowledge of Clustering and windows OS.
      ● Understand that application ownership means all aspects of the application
      ● Minimum 5-6 years design & implementation of Integration Solutions.
      ● Ability to provide Oncall and Production support as necessary.
      ● Manages and coordinates all aspects of implementation, design, and maintenance of interface systems in order to effectively use clinical information technology solutions to improve upon clinical data exchange.

      ■ Assist with the processing of incoming requests to the integration team via both telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution.
      ■ Analyze performance of interfaces and document resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future issues.
      ■ Strong Oral and Written Communication skills.

      I. EDUCATION REQUIRED
      ■ College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 6 years equivalent work experience.
      ■ Minimum of 6 years systems integration development is preferred

      II. EXPERIENCES AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED or DESIRED
      ■ Experience in a supervisory role; managing a team of at least 2 or more individuals
      ■ Experience managing medium to large scale projects
      ■ Experience with Team building, coaching and/or team development desired.
      ■ Ability to adapt to change
      ■ Detailed knowledge of HL7, Interface Engines, eGate and/or JCAPS
      ■ Knowledge of Master Data Management and/or Master Patient Index desired.
      ■ Knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems
      ■ Knowledge of Windows and Unix Shell scripting
      ■ Strong Knowledge of FTP, TCP/IP, and SNA Protocols desired.
      ■ Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills
      ■ Knowledge of desktop support methodologies
      ■ Demonstrated knowledge using MS Access, Oracle and SQL server query language.
      ■ Must have demonstrated examples of providing Root Cause Analysis.
      ■ Assure that IT physical planning principles and standards are applied and perform related work as required.
      ■ Experience with IT physical infrastructure environments, Data Center hardware platforms and complex infrastructure environments
      ■ Participate in IT Infrastructure Planning
      ■ Experience in Project Management or SDLC.
      ■ Demonstrated knowledge using MS Project, Excel
      ■ Experience with large scale projects and migrations.
      ■ Ability to translate integration requirements into technical specifications
      ■ Ability to manage and support Windows Administration tasks including but not limited to Patch Management, Security Auditing, Server maintenance and SMTP tasks where necessary.
