This is a stock photo. The actual scooter for sale has an upgraded seat, and comes with a rear (detachable) basket.
It has solid tires, so it never needs air. Comes with the recharging cord and original owner's manual. I had it several years, but only used it a few times year. It has been well maintained, sitting in my home closet.
